Clearing a lot for a new home, shop or commercial building usually means more than knocking down trees. We drop the trees, remove the stumps, mulch the material on site or haul it off, and grade the area so it is ready for the next trade.
We have cleared lots for custom home builders around Lincolnton and Lake Norman, cut basements, installed driveways and construction entrances, and taken overgrown commercial lots back to clean ground.

Do you remove the stumps?
Yes. For build sites we remove stumps and grade the area, so the pad is ready for footings or a slab. On other land we can grind stumps down to ground level with the mulcher.
Can you install the driveway or construction entrance?
Yes. We regularly put in construction drives and driveways as part of clearing a lot, so trucks can get in from day one.
Do you haul off the trees?
Most of the time the material is mulched right on site, which saves hauling and dump fees. When a customer wants a clean, seeded finish, we haul it off and rake the area instead.
How much does it cost to clear a lot?
Lot size, tree size and density, slope and how finished you want the site all change the price. We look at the lot and give you a free estimate.
